Set your “from-the-earth” food plan, pantry clean-up, hydration + minerals, 12-hour overnight fast, and baseline yoga + breath routine.
Session 2 - Deep Detox
Sun, Nov 6 - 6:00–7:30 PM
Eliminating dairy, gluten, sugar, alcohol, and other common inflammatory foods. Strengthening daily fasting, lymph-flow yoga, nitric-oxide breath, and troubleshooting cravings.
Session 3 - Rebuild & Sustain
Sun, Nov 9 - 6:00–7:30 PM
Smart re-introductions, strength + yoga rhythm, sleep upgrades, and your personal 30-day carry-forward plan.

It’s structured but sane. For 21 days we eat from the earth, avoid dairy, gluten, alcohol, added sugar, and man-made chemicals, and anchor a 12-hour overnight fast (minimum 8). Meals are satisfying and repeatable.

You may notice some hunger early on, this is your body re-learning how to use stored energy between meals. We use volume foods, protein, fiber, and hydration so you feel stable, not deprived.

Gentle twists, compress-and-release poses, inversions, and walking flows help move lymph, support digestion, and reduce bloat. Nasal breathing boosts nitric oxide, aiding circulation and recovery.
